Parameter
The iron core of 110kV oil-immersed power transformer is made of high quality oriented silicon steel sheets by multi-stage step lamination, and the surface is coated with curing paint. Low loss, low noise, etc. The coil adopts the internal and external bracing structure, and the high-strength hard paper tube structure is used between the coil and the iron core, so as to effectively ensure the short circuit impact resistance. The fuel tank adopts the one-time forming and bending corrugated structure to increase the mechanical strength and make the appearance beautiful and generous. All-round positioning structure is adopted between the transformer body and the oil tank to ensure transportation and operation stability.
Low loss: Meet the energy efficiency requirements in the standard GB20052-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Levels for Power Transformers";
Low noise: The self cooling noise level will reach below 60dB;
Low partial discharge: The partial discharge volume should be controlled below 100pc;
Strong short-circuit resistance: The coil is internally supported by a high-quality insulation skeleton, and the side wall of the fuel tank is formed by laser cutting in one go;
Beautiful appearance: Full polishing and rust removal, powder electric spraying paint can achieve the spraying effect of household appliances;
No leakage: All sealing flanges adopt groove structure, the oil drain valve adopts copper valve, and the radiator adopts vacuum butterfly valve to ensure sealing performance.
